Acrostic Poems

Acrostic poems, when writ in verse, Cause some who dabble thus to curse. Relentless rules that cramp one’s style, Over time, may prove a trial. Surrendering to failure might Tempt those where patience’s taken flight. Ironically, such poems inspire Challenge-freaks to climb much higher.

Acrostics have both pro's and con's. First letter dictate can spurn or spawn. I find them fun if I'm not busy. Anyway, they're not worth getting in a tizzy. :)

Oh, Ilene, I love what you said here at the end. I guess I am a challenge freak because the more limits placed on me "sometimes" the better I often do!! Thanks for your wonderful comment to me last time. I really appreciated those words.
