Absence
The leaves fall like rain on this clear, autumn day.
Daydreaming of dragons and unearthly things.
Trying to keep my racing mind at bay...
I surrender to a fleeting thought of you.
I sigh and think of something new.
I softly weep in this parking lot.
In my car is where they think I was shot.
But magic is real if you want it to be.
Within prison walls you can still be free.
Last night God softly whispered to me...
Every lock always has a key...
