A Walk along the Sand

Walking along the beach
you see a shell in the sand
the sun shines in your face
your shadow shows it by your hand

You hand picks up the shell
but below it you see glass
that shines in the sun
what is this you ask

When you dig out the sand
a bottle is before your eyes
what inside may I find
nothing or a glorious prize

So nothing was what was found
except a dimple in the sand
a bottle with a dimple
oh I do feel so grand
