So I had thought that the little writer dude that phantoms himself in between my ears occasionally had finally vacated the
Premises. Apparently he felt the need to be heard this evening.
Anyhow, what came out was my ponderings from the following scripture

Isaiah 43:19 Behold, I will do a new thing; now it shall spring forth; shall ye not know it? I will even make a way in the wilderness, and rivers in the desert.
So here it is. Maybe it will mean something to someone.
“A Voice With No Name
Father, Are you listening? Father, Are you watching the charade? Father, this game we play, Father, is nothing more than a masquerade. Without you. Father, I read the news today, (oh boy??) Father, That not so lucky, lucky man never made the grade. Without you. And a day with You, Is like 1000 years. Just as one little broken heart, can shed what seems like a million tears. And through the fears, That heart can’t heal. Without you. Father, Wont you make a way? Father, In the middle of the wilderness we’re walking through today, Father, we need water (in this desert land) Father? Won’t You do a brand new thing in me? Father, Not like anything I’ve ever seen (before) Father, Spring forth speedily. Will I know will I perceive? And Father, At the end of my days, Oh Father! Let them say it was more like You (and less like me) Won’t You be? Will they see? You as... our Father.
