A Very Happy New Year

Its time for those routine resolutions umpteen; Before signalling the start of two-thousand thirteen: Frankly,I mean no offence.... But does it really make any sense.... To jot down the lofty resolutions, And talk of needless nonsense! Can we really defend the fairer gender... & bestow gallows to each offender; Promise every child a place in the schools... & keep politics away from fools... Can we dispel hunger,unemployment... Can we change our nation hundred percent? Before spelling out each of that pompous plan... Let us do our bit,whatever we can; Because actions speak louder than words... When the need of fulfillment outweighs all rewards... When we can make this happen together.... It will be worthy,I surmise,to wish each other..... A happy New year.... A very happy New year.......!!!
