A Tread of Emphasis
Move the emphasis; give a try
“I” didn’t say he stole the pie
I “DIDN’T” say he stole the pie
I didn’t “SAY” he stole the pie
I didn’t say “HE” stole the pie
I didn’t say he “STOLE” the pie
I didn’t say he stole “THE” pie
I didn’t say he stole the “PIE”
The written word cannot portray
The true meaning of what we say
