A Taste of Real Life

A Taste of Real Life (My thoughts when I was four) I have a taste of reality thank you, From my body you silly coot, So if you think I’ve been interacting, With another, you’re just having a hoot! I understand that i grow up, I develop, in mind and body, And that in the near or distant future, I’ll become someone or somebody. So I conclude that evolution is true, That life has come through development, Progressively with determination and in time, Organisms, resulting in brainal advancement. So don’t patronise me with the suggestion, That my beliefs come from other people, Because within the child is Darwin, And not the creed or steeple.
