A Sweet Little Lie

"Childish...too innocent! Too young to know all... Young boy, how can you know What true love is?" Said my father, "This is infatuation, You won't know though You're so small." "I know!" I had said With a sweet smile "I love that girl." "A sweet little lie!" He laughed,"Well.. But be with her." True! I remember... When she skipped towards me "My father is a bit dumb!" I said, biting my tongue. She smiled,"Will you Love me, forever?" I had nodded and said... And said "Yes." A sweet little lie. When I look back I hear, I realize, I see my fancy And my sweet little lie. Walking alone without comfort I am a dead being now... Sighing, since I now love And have never got it. "I love that girl." Wishing it was forever I walk along "The sweet little lie." 26/06/2016 SWEET LITTLE LIES
