A Stepmothers Love

Hug him, Comfort him, Nurture him, Her guise a sweet yet cunning ruse. Break him, Twist him, Ruin him, She was my fathers own to choose. Hold him, Calm him, Kiss him, A joyless game to play. Drown him, Choke him, Smother him, I almost died that day. Breath taking, Promise making, Seraphim, Two minds two worlds apart, Soul faking, Heart raking, Psychopath, I saw this from the start..

Wow Rohan...this is a top winner for me! It is chilling because of the truth it contains. A child should never have to live with this kind of fear and horror. You outdid yourself on this one and I am faving it! Congratulations on your win. #7 ; )

Congratulations on your placement in my contest! The style and fast paced way you worded this poem went perfect for the disorder of split personalities
