A Starry Night
Have you ever noticed how many stars appear and how brilliant
they become, as we migrate away from the city?
The air is cleaner, the lights are softer and our senses become more
in tune with the world around us. As our moods lighten we tend
relax and the whirlwind existence of our lives slows to a crawl.
There are many of us who never take the time to see the little
diamonds that hang in the sky, nor reflect on how insignificant we
really are compared to the universe around us.
Are we nothing but a speck in the sky? Or are we all part of an elaborate
piece of God’s puzzle waiting to be fit together.
We may never know, but taking the time to reflect on the stars above us
while communing with nature will always be soothing to our soul.
