A Seasons Dance
The white hot sunlight
penetrating
within these pellucid days,
days with no apparent end.
Grasses and flowers now left in
torrid
paths of the impoverished land,
fused to summers wind.
Love
awaits for autumn to blow
the arid breezes away,
constellations changing, a shiver closing in.
Aches
the soul for boundless leaves to fall,
orange, yellow, green and gold
I long for them to descend.
