A Sad Story

I heard a sad story: The protests claimed the life of a man In an ambulance, blocked in traffic By protestors. He has a four year old child. I ask you, protestors: Why is this what you want? What do you have to say to this child? We have been trying to tell you all That blocking traffic, puts lives at risk You will not listen, now this! Heidi Sands

Freedom of speech is a great priveledge we have in our country, but not when when it causes harm to others. More protesters need to think before they speak out... This is a sad story, I agree, and it needs to be told. You've done it so well here. Very expressive work, Heidi.

Yes, Freedom of speech is of great importance and that comes with peaceful assembly, which this is not. They do need to think about this. Thank you for your kind comment.

They'll probably blame her because their candidate didn't win and her daddy voted for the other guy. Sadly these protesters only care about themselves and that is what's wrong with this country. Too much me, me, me. Sorry, I didn't mean to go off on your poem Heidi, I'm just so sick and tried of all of this. Your poem is perfect.

No problem, Chris. This is more disturbing by the day. I understand why you are sick and tired of this.
