A Prayer
Meet our needs now dear sacred source,
Yield then sweet grace that helps the lost.
Spring fond endow in our life course,
Indulge sure face to bear all costs;
Mind and heart show a better way,
Prime each day then with faith and hope;
Light shines a glow to charm our play,
Etch a sure blend as love sculpts scope.
Place a strong will to help us see,
Reach a warm space where time seeds joy;
Abide good feel with wise beauty,
Yes let us trace what love employs;
Evoke bright fire in soul attire,
Reach now dear sire as we aspire.
