A Philosopher of Life
Love would be incomplete and senseless,
if we withheld all affection and passion;
stopping half way, pausing and thinking...
we can't make it to the finishing line,
discourages us to fight furthermore!
Be bold and have the will of a defying athlete;
failing is another learning experience, try again!
Some give everything they have, others nothing;
is it doubt or plain greed? And as free
as love is, it should be given in abundance!
I don't withhold anything, but give all sincerely!
Do I pity the ones with envious hearts that
pump in their veins only hatred? I do, and that's
my reaction to their resistance of egotism!
Weren't we born to find our purpose,
or simply die and accomplish nothing?
What a foolish thinking for intelligent beings!
Search within you, find the scope of your existence...
discover things that tentalize senses and enhance living;
find them in unthinkable places and very remarkable minds,
learn virtues never absorbed: they will make you a philosopher of life!
