Keep trying! haha! First, one has to be clear of what aspects he wishes to change and for what reason. Second, has to find the right way and the right time to do it. Third, make certain that the change he is going to change will serve a higher and nobler purpose,. Fourth, coordinate his efforts with other people's efforts so as to apply the desired changes.
