A Nightmarish Love Song
Wake from your nightmare
do not be afraid
for the greatest of love
is the power to save
for the lessons of past
may keep you enslaved
I'll be the dark phantom
that chases the demons away
Your eyes filled with beauty
they keep me entranced
as our eyes lock deeply
you make my heart dance
and if you keep me
I'll prove myself to you
don't let go of my hand
I shall lead you on through
the valley of horrors
and the shadow of death
that keeps you so paralyzed
your gasping for breath
I know what pain is
it's a lifetime all alone
how did I make it?
like a damned rolling stone
I just kept on moving
without looking back
now that your with me
no more panic attacks
I just hope you'll take me
so precisely untamed
forever your fighter
I'll honor your name
Don't cry my angel
why do you weep
afraid of living
terrified of sleep
just kiss me once deeply
and close your eyes
as the cloud of temptation
reveals all the lies
that once overtook you
no more shall it be
let's run away together
in a life eternally.
