A New Improved Me

As sons go, I've got one of the best Proud as punch as you can see A lot of his traits are much like mine A new and improved version of me We walk the same, we talk the same Our outlook is almost identical Finding humour in mundane things Funny bones we constantly tickle Enjoy performing our comedy routine For those who happen to be near Be they male or female it matters not Squeaky clean humour, no fear Proud as punch is how I am feeling To have fathered this gem of a son A little bit bias? Well maybe you're right But we sure have oodles of fun! © JJack Ellison 2013

If he's anything like you... You've hit pay dirt... Hope he writes some day, too. Dragon and I read your poems to the penguins + the Weird frogs every day. They love them. Me, too. Oooppps... I just tripped over Dragons tail... be glad you son doesn't have one...That tail is forever getting in the way... I make him hold on to it before walking into stores... or breakage would be aweful...LOL
