A Mothers Truth

A Mothers Truth Four kids running through the house did create a mighty din At times it still rang in my head even after I tucked them in I would never change a thing I hold them high above For all the happiness they bring They're my children, they're my love.

Hi Anne Marie, I just found this, my mail doesn't send me notices anymore and I don't know why. Thank you for your sweet comment :) My Mom had 8, I was 2nd born, the first girl. I had TONS of experience with kids way before I had a set of twins and 2 others of my own. Anyway, Thank you and I was/am a special Mom... (cheeky grin) :)

Very well expressed, Lenna. Children are such a joy ... to be blessed to shape and guide their innocent minds is a gift. Wonderful poem, dear. Love and more love to you and yours.

Your feelings surface and carry the reader into an emotional tide and let it wash over us. The words are meaningful and the message is tenderly offered and accepted. Emile.

You have four children, Lenna? Or is my autistic mind taking things literally again :) Anyway, I love this sweet poem very much. I can see the tiredness kick in after a whole day, but the love is so obvious too!

Hi Darren :) Yes, I do have 4 children. One set of twins (boy and girl) and 2 older daughters and believe me, they did tire me out... especially when I worked full time also. Thank You, I am glad you liked it :)
