A Mothers Love

It seems like only yesterday that you were just born, And there I was holding you all bundled up and warm. I was so happy to just to see you had ten little fingers and toes. It was even harder to imagine you having your fathers nose. Before I knew it the first day of school came and went, And on our refrigerator were all the pictures your teacher sent. Then all of a sudden, with the blink of an eye, You were off to your prom and so proud were your dad and I. When college came we hardly saw you, except for a weekend or two. And even in those short times together you said " Mom and Dad, I really enjoy being with you." Then your father cried the day you came home and said Dad this is who I'm going to marry. As you paused awhile you looked at me and said I have to accept it but its alittle scary. Now its time for you to have a baby,a little angel from up above. And with this I know now from the bottom of my heart we've come full circle, For this is a mothers love.
