A Moment

I found peace In the still of night; I found release When moon and stars ignite. The spiraling scent of vague perfume Ignites my inner fire; The serenity that fills my room Pacifies desire. The silent song of sighing breeze Whispers low; To sing her psalm to ancient trees; Where rivers flow. For what was lost has now been found Profess the living Christ; The King of kings now is crowned In the splendor of His sacrifice.

Amen Sister! What splendor in yon Heaven shines, the King of kings that God divines. What grace will place our souls to face, the One who saved the human race. The grace of God where angels trod, was born to man but raised from sod. And so He came to cure the lame, to die for sins became His fame. What grace in yonder Heavens shine? His name is Jesus, God's grace divined!
