A Maiden Lost Without a Name
Out of the shadowed dark she came
a maiden lost without a name.
Out of the faery mists came she.
A haunting ghost of memory.
The years have past, the years have gone;
but yet no memory lives on.
Who is this lass, who could she be?
A haunting ghost of memory.
She looked at me with so much love;
but sadly, love is not enough.
Of her I have no memory.
A haunting ghost of memory.
With tears she faded from my view.
'Farewell, my friend, adieu to you,
I wish that you remembered me.'
A haunting ghost of memory.
