A Love So True

You walked into my life that April day Never thought then it would end up this way Didn’t really believe in love at first sight And now that very night Will stay with me for the rest of my life And yours too now that I am your wife So much has happened since then Never thought here is where we would've been God only knows how our love was put to the test How there were nights when neither of us got any rest But when I think back to those first few days Every little thing and all the different ways That made me first fall in love with you It's a daily reminder that our love is true And no matter what life may throw our way There's nothing anyone could do or say To ever make me regret falling for you At first I was scared of what falling in love might do But every time I fell you were there to catch me And after a while I was sure we were meant to be Everyone thought we were out of our mind Told us to wait until a later time But after everything we'd been thru I didn’t want to chance losing you I had done it time and time again So hard to put into words to explain Someway somehow I knew this was something I had to do I tried to fight away my love for you But unlike any love I'd ever been in before I knew with you I didn't have to be afraid anymore With you I found true love…I found peace Every smile made my heartbeat increase Every kiss made my every fear I ever had disappear Somehow with you I knew things wouldn't be the same And I'm sure to some that may seem insane But with you I don't live with any regret Cuz our past we may never forget But in the end I still found my way back to you Something I wasn't sure I could do Just goes to show this love we have is true And as long as I'm with you There's not a single thing we can't get thru Baby, I love you!!!!!
