A Land So Far From My Home
Take me where others will not go,
Concern for those who trust me,
Compassion for those who need me.
I protect my country
With all my heart and soul.
Dear Lord, my God....
I know you hear me,
Way up and protect my family,
My beloved whom I promise.
Please comfort me, I'm crying.
Please spouse a thought
For my family
Awaiting for a dreadful news.
I'm giving my life
To keep my country free,
A land so far from my home.
