A Kiss of Sunshine
A kiss of sunshine greets the day
Awakening those who slumber still
while birds sing praises before they play
As sunshine caresses the hills
A kiss of sunshine greets the sea
Giving the fish an illuminating thrill
As they swim and dive with glee
While sunshine caresses their gills
A kiss of sunshine greets the butterfly
With beauty it flutters still
Dancing to melodies heard on high
While sunshine caresses the daffodils
