A Kiss of Rebirth

Once, I tumbled into a dam, My mind adrift, disconnected from the world, They assumed my life had ceased, Yet, your touch of life revived me. Although named a "kiss of life," Truly, it held healing power within, An embrace of restoration, And what lingers in my memory, Is how it tasted like the sweetest nectar. BY TURYAGUMANAWE MATHIAS
