Hugs are special, I love to hug my friends and family. Scientists have discovered that a 20sec hug benefits the health of both people. and group hugs must then be really powerful.

Hi Jan. Nice tribute. You're a good friend. Each day I consider leaving myself...we'll see. I'll always remember you fondly, though, if I do bid farewell. Not many people reading my writes. There must be a better way. You keep smiling...hugs...Mel

Thanks for the lovely comment I am so in need of a hug today - it's so strange I posted this poem today - I wrote the poem on Friday and made a decision not to go on the site all weekend now my friend and I are both in need. Hugs Jan xxx
