A Higher Path
Lead me to a path
where a flowing garden grows,
in a place of comfort
to ease my sorrow and woes
Show me a place
where my tears will just melt,
and the breaking of my heart
will no longer be felt
Hold me a while
so I feel your love,
take away my pain
with a pure white dove
Teach me to trust
with every step I must undertake,
I will be your servant...
with you, Lord - I will never forsake.
