A Free Dove
I feel free like a dove,
so peaceful as can be
and the sound of silence
is like music to my ears.
As I glaze up to heaven,
all I see is the reflection
from the sea.
What a sight to witness,
all from the mind of God.
As I touch the mirror,
it changed its side.
Nothing but darkness
and trickery,
led me astray.
As I continue
to drown in space,
I got lost in time.
Unable to escape
the snares of the fowler,
but somehow I
remember the
magic in the mirror.
Click! Click! Click!
back like a free
dove I was.
