A Fence Between Me and the Man I Love
Theres a fence between me and the man I love
For he's in the system and I'm in the outside world
I'll stand on the outside of the fence waiting for him
For he means so much to me
I can't take the fact I can't be with him
This fence wont break but I'll stand here waiting as long as possible
Cause the fence between me and the man I love
Will rust before my love does for him
THis fence can't keep me away from the man I love
Even though hes in the system and I'm free
My love wont fade and the fence can't keep me out
