A Dream They Dream
I would that I could but dance with you forever,
Be the happiest that two could ever be,
Us in each other's arms,
Not just making love, but being in love.
Notes of love, drifting,
Lifting up with the breeze,
Drifting into the souls of two,
Destined to dance.
Our hearts, our souls, as one,
Beating together in time with the music,
Outside under the stars, in the moonlight,
Slowly swaying in our arms.
Desires of love, a dream they dream,
A love so profound,
That they could never part.
The pulse of the universe in our hearts ......
Forever.
