A Dead Man
A dead man
Golu was 3 then, on our way to school, he gave me directions as I drove, saw one man lying motionless in blood pool, he could easily make out the man was dead.
"What's dead I can now tell you mom" he said. I was curious to know his thoughts. He told me that as the tyre goes flat when it deflates since air is gone, the body will lie still when all the blood is gone. Appreciating thoughtful concepts of my bright little kid, I told him that there was more for us to be dead, and the air in mention was actually the parting soul.
As the tyres go flat, he now firmly believes that the soul must have left.
