A Daydream
a nice day to lay my head
a gloomy day ahead
instead I'll sit beside my piano and play
or read my book of plays
but as I look a portrait of you
my mind can't help but to think of you
the ivory key smoothly felt by my finger
as your memory persist to linger
oh what a day to dream of of my love
of our accord so sweet and cheery and white as dove
it felt so real like light that of moonbeam
but then again it's just a lovely daydream
