A Curious Pen

Just as the poet searching Of delicate thoughts Perhaps of colors Within the mind to bloom A single posy sways - drifting A wafting scent of loves sweet doom I crawl through doors - expanding Reaching and reeling - grasp To pluck a rose of beauty Of freedom found at last _______ A curious pen Indeed of measure Perhaps a resolve To find The heart cry - desperate This need profound To crawl endless nights
