A Child's Eyes
A Child’s Eyes:
As angels descend from above,
While the Goddess moves in love,
A twinkle in a child’s eye,
Brings forth water from the sky.
Too soon for this soul to die,
Lures the Devil and his kind,
The battle rages between low and high,
As the two become one entwined.
The child lifts her head with nothing to hide,
Speaks not, but can only sigh,
Too late for this soul to rejoice,
Who shall be her voice.
This soul to young to pass,
The battle can only last,
She lowers her head for the final time,
Who will pay for this crime?
Will the Goddess return her to her kind?
Will the Devil still play on her mind?
May love fill her eyes on the other side,
For she has no reasons now to hide.
