A Cat Angel
See if you can guess who I wrote this for?
A Cat Angel
For quite a while now I have sat and sat
While wondering about my poor, little cat
And every time I look into its precious eyes
I would make many sighs as well as cries.
What happened to my sweet, kind thing?
Who much comfort to me always did bring
Exhibiting behavior becoming outrageous
Hope to other cats it is not contagious.
Slowly dear cat is starting to settle down
Occasionally still on face will find a frown
But how badly I want and so do yearn
For cat's great behavior soon to return.
Around my cat have hovered and hovered
Wanting it quickly to be fully recovered
Even though you were not with me there
Please for my cat say a pleasant prayer.
Which I would have done to God Himself
To help my cat recover from current health
Knowing He will I am sure do it eventually
And by a cat angel this was all told to me.
Jill and I have two calico, brother cats ourselves.
There are the same age.
