A betrayal of innocense

Youth is a deep, colorful green as part of the most verdant life. Youth is a period of one's span of TIME. In the U.S., a period is a punctuation of one's TIME. In the U.K., a full stop is a punctuation of one's TIME. In mathematics, it's a decimal point of one's tally of TIME. Youth is the TIME for the fortunate who arrived, then parted onward into their life TIME. Then my period of youth turned into a question mark. I was told by the school system it would be in my best interest that I at the age of fifteen graduate from high school --to me, my new age group of graduates are mostly eighteen and nineteen-year-olds I did an IQ test, I thought, was part of the curriculum, scoring I'm privy to decades later. I'm not an original, class athlete, the graduating spokesman made doorknobs proud that night. My rarity was my heritage, albeit, school system's view, and our State levels, ... I'm a token, ... the exclamation point. I did in two years of four, at the University, then on with my life, leaving State for forty years. I hung question marks, the exclamation point, a mystery date ..., Eureka! Revival period of my youth, memory refreshed me, late in my life, returned home after all these years it restored to me, Memories come alive, ~~my former classmates~~ original/actuals -&- newer/adoptees, BOTH au courant, my period of youth, I'm truly blessed ..., my exclamation point.
