911 Memories Again and Again

911 Memories Again and Again 911 will live on again and again in the thoughts and memories of each generation present when it had occurred. My poem may be a little late but it is never too late to give these people our thanks and prayers. James Thomas Horn While we were remembering her and him What about monsters we will call them Much grief and horror each one caused We pray and a few minutes have paused. Can you try to imagine brief interlude People mangled and killed by multitude Each of us stood there baffled and dazed Dead poor souls forever we have praised. We had hearts that did pound and pound Watching tall buildings hitting the ground Safe and sound here at home we all are Seeing their soul in each firm, fixed star. See friends in face of moon as it does glow And we want to let dead loved ones know Life you lived for us was beyond compare Are now with God high in heaven up there. Beautiful, a truly comprehensive write, encompassing our shared reactions and feelings. Thank you, James - you touched my heart this morning. CayCay (oh, rising or raising? My brain used rising)

CC, Seeing their soul in each firm, fixed star. You really made me think about that one. Wonder why my poems do not receive hardly any comments when compared to other poems or other poets. Jim Horn
