9/11

911 poem I see flames and smoke Terrorists thinking it a big joke Sounds of eplosions in the air Screams and cries are everywhere Little children dying At home the parents are crying Sounds of sirens ring to my ears The looks on peoples faces is fear People jumping from buildings Thinking there going to have a chance to live Smoke is burning there eyes hearing loud cries and sounds of breaking thighs the smell of corps and the look of it, you pray to god you dont have to go throught the pain and fear they went through people sitting at home watching this tradgity watching the deaths of other peoples families you think your life is perfect until oneday it all goes up in flames by mandy parsons

good poem although i think the line "you pray to god you dont have to go throught the pain and fear they went through" is kind of out of place.

Bless you for this sincere write about 911. To many these are vivid memories of a personal nature, that will live on in their minds. I was not personally touched by this destruction of innocent lives, but realize the sorrow it must have brought to many lives. Sincerely, Moses

The day you describe so vividly is one that will live in our memories forever. What a terrible act of unprovoked violence against innocent civilians this was. You brought the agony of this day back very clearly. Love, Carolyn
