Do you ever wonder why the stars
Don’t shine on nights like this?
Is it ‘cause my heart has many scars?
‘Cause your sweet lips I can’t kiss?
Without the stars, without your love
My heart becomes afraid
With no stars shining above
Are wishes even made?
Despite the foolish madness
That my heart and eyes have seen
It quickly turns to sadness
When my heart has been set free
