38 Years
Today I've been living in my neighborhood for 38 years.
I was only a child when I moved here.
I moved here at the age of five.
Back then Elvis really was still alive.
My parents gave me their house when they moved in 2011.
Sadly, they both died two years later and went to Heaven.
In 1977 my house cost $21,000, it would cost ten times that much if it were built today.
I've been living in this neighborhood for nearly four decades and I'm here to stay.
