16 Year Old Girls
Standing along the sidewalk
Waiting for someone to pick me up
Carry me and help me
With my hard time battles
I tend to always be in
Who needs love and encouragement
From anyone who is willing to give
I want to be that one person
That everyone remembers 20 years from now
I know
In my heart
That won’t happen
I’ll just try to believe that it will
