-warm-

Daily Poetry #52, March 21, 2016 Word: Warm Like a warm coat, You engulfed me so lovingly. Right then I thought, Such a feeling wasn’t from reality. But now that I see you, I know that it’s true. Even if I must say good-bye, As promised, I won’t cry. Like a bright flame, On a dark and chilly winter day, You held me so close, Even now, there’s nothing to say. But now that I see you, I will smile too. I know that we’ll meet one day, So I’ll go my own way. Snow falls down, On this dark and chilly winter night. I still remember you, Even if you’ve already taken flight. I still see you, And I know you do too. So like before, hold me, Tight and lovingly.
