This is a beautiful etheree poem, dear Anne-Lise. You've impeccably captured the ambience of transformation from winter to spring, as 'marble ice' melts and dewdrops dance upon blossoming florets of life.. Your wordplay is really creative and fascinating here! "Waiting for buttercups to unfold" Love that! "sunshine lifts our gaze" Absolutely gorgeous. Enjoyed reading this wonderfully knitted piece, sending best wishes for the contest :)
