It Didn’t Matter Anyway….

Liberation is knowing what is,
Ignorance is not.

What is, is always simply what is,
So liberation and ignorance 
Are both ephemeral phenomena;
Mere waves of perception
On the surface of vastness.

Birds, Bees, Creatures and Nature

The wise old owl with an eagle eye,
Who spied a blackbird as it flew by
The vulture could smell the decay
Of the carnage killed that day
Flesh and blood ooze from the prey
Of bodies and carcases on display

The hungry vulture swooped,
To join other vultures in the group
Squabbling over a piece of meat
Although there was plenty left to

Me and Nature

Nature so beautiful so bright

Birds fly and sing there songs

As me and myself walk along

In the mist I can see the light


I think of what is in my sight 

With happiness I skip along

And I sing myself a song

As I sing with such delight 


As I come to a stop

I see and waterfall 

Rushing down

WISDOM AND NATURE

Today I relay a message from the Irish philosopher Edmund Burke
Which, I imagine he must have acquired from his mother….

Never…no never did nature say one thing
and wisdom say another.

So close and yet so different
Not like night and day different
But earth and sky
Not two sides of the same thing
But opposites
One an is, the other an isn’t 
One an illusion, the other real

At the gesture of your eyes
The ruins come to life,
With the touch of your lips
Wind sways the flowers.

The white clouds touch
Green grasses stretch their hands
The birds fly in the sky
See you.

When it rains,
You become the queen
Of the fairies
On the branches of green trees.

Nature is swept away
By your holy calm love.

Dry yellow leaf kiss your checks,
Grasshoppers

We will never win this war between ourselves and nature
