The Chee-Chee-Mon
In Owen Sound the Chee-Chee-Mon is docked by the water side.This is where the ferry boat stays all summer and fall.The Chee-Chee-Mon brings people to Tobermoy and back the same day.People can bring their cars and motorcycles to get around if they want to.
There are people that live there all year round, if they must go somewhere,they would drive there on a dirt road to take them there.On a road with beautiful scereny along the way.
In the summer this area is packed with visitors from all over.Every summer an antique car show is held here. With the antique motorcycles. On an autumn the Cheee-Chee-Mon will anounce a dinner cruise. People show up where tickers are sold for a lovely evening on the water.
For the meal there are choices on the menuof 4 choices of meals to choose from. Also an a ssortment of desserts.There are choices of wine,beer,or other alchol to choose from.
After the meal there is enterment in the enterment room for everyone. As we listen to the music from the bsnd,the Chee- Chee-Mon makes it way back to Owen Sound to dock.. Where people parked their cars to drive their way home.
