Not very impressive.

Picciolo hit a flyball to Right Field to end the inning.
The Angels couldn't score in the bottom of the 9th and so it ended by being shut out. If not for Brian Downing hitting a single in the fifth inning , the No Hit King would have had a No Hitter against him.
Nolan Ryan went on to become the Greatest Strike Out pitcher of All Time in Major League Baseball.
