My Last Love

Once upon a time there was a little girl in kindergarten who was being picked on a boy named Bubba. He would never leave her alone. The next year she was trying to stand up to him because he was trying to hurt another little girl on the playground name Jeannie. She kept being punished for trying to stop him. She would always be put on the wall from one of the recess aides. Well then finally the little girl named Jeannie finally decided to go to the principal and the little girl’s name Marie said OK, she went with Jeannie to tell the principal.

They went up the stairs to talk with the principal and Jeannie and Marie told the story about what happened on the playground. The principal Mr. I wasn't very happy to find out that was going on. He talked with several people including Jeannie's parents. The other girl Marie said that the boy Bubba had did the same thing to her the year before and was still trying to do it on the playground and was also trying to take other children's money. The principal thanked Marie for helping Jeannie and told her she wouldn't have to go on the wall for trying to help anyone ever again. He had mentioned to just come and tell him. She did.

Well for the next 5 years Marie couldn't sit anywhere she wanted on the bus due to Bubba had ridden the same bus she did. She was always so unhappy on that bus due to him being there. When he wasn't it was nice. She could sit somewhere else occasionally. Then when it came to her going to 6th grade at the middle school. It started all over again, Bubba and another boy had put Marie in the garbage can. She was upset, the new principal had stopped them and got her out of the garbage can. He asked her to go to his office. He wanted to talk to Marie to find out what happened.

She told him all about the previous story. Marie told Mr. L that she just wanted to go to school without being picked on my him. Mr. L promised that if Bubba bothered him that he would take care of it. Well, she felt better about that. Mr. L made that promise. He didn't bother her anymore at school. Until one day he came over from the high school and he told her that I am here to finish what I started with you. She said oh boy. Then suddenly 4 boys from her choir class had come over by her and rescued her by surrounding themselves around the boy. Then Mr. L came out of the office to find out what was going on. Marie told Mr. L what gong was on and that the 4 boys were just trying to stick up for her. Mr. L said OK, well you all go to class, and Bubba you come into the office, and I will take care of you.

Well, many years later after school, Marie had moved back to the area, and kept having nightmares about it. She finally got to thank all four of the boys especially the one who gathered the boys to help her. He was the one she had liked for doing that. She wrote him a letter since she thanked all the other boys for that. She didn't hear back, until one night he came over to her house and brought a bouquet of flowers and they got to spend some time together. He stopped by and found out that Marie's dad was sick. So, he stayed her friend, and was even there for her when he passed away. He came to the memorial service and wake and stayed and helped her out till he had to leave. They stayed friends. She was happy about that. She will always love him for what he did for her.

The boy’s name MJ took her out to eat, and they talked. She told him the story about what happened and how he was the one that ended it. She said you wouldn't believe it. It was so amazing that day that you had stood up for me. She was so happy when he ended a nightmare she had. Her nightmares had stopped about that situation. She said there are still caring people around.

They still are friends today. She goes into where he works at times and gets food from the restaurant he works at, He was so nice to her, every time they see each other they greet each other. They have a bond that no one can break and will always be friends. She was just glad that it ended a crush as a Happy Ending.

MJ had said he would show up for her dad's wake, so Marie decided to order food where he worked at. He was nice to deliver it on his day off to help her out. He had told her that she was a friend of his. That made her feel good knowing her major hero was around and helped her again when she needed someone. She thought about it how God had sent an angel to her. She will never forget all the things he had done for her. She saw a special person in him, and how nice he was to her. She had wished that there was something there. She realized there wasn't. She did realize that he had been there and was someone she could trust if she needed someone to talk to. He was so sweet and kind for being a person of honor and showing that chivalry isn't gone. A day never goes by she doesn't think about what MJ had done for her. She wished him nothing but happiness. She said that was her last love. She never will tell him how she really feels about him due to that they are good friends and wouldn't be able to say the words.

MJ will always be her friend. She realizes they are friends, and she understands that. She only wishes him happiness and love for him. That is all she asked God is that he keeps her heroes safe. She hopes that he will stay well and always be her friend. She finally got some of her wounds erased due to talking to him. The scars have been healed from a childhood hurt that she couldn't deal with before. She knew that things would be good since God had sent one the angels who saved her back to her for a while when she needed it. For that she is grateful and will never forget that day. Her sister couldn't believe how nice he was to when he did show up when she needed him. God showed this little girl who was all grown up that her life was all hurt due to that she has people who care even when they can't see the future of what will happen in the future, but she knew the past is left in the past due to the nightmare was gone and she heal from a childhood nightmare and got to thank her last love.
