Captivity 101

You'll know I'm comfortable with you when I just talk nonsense and randomly burst out in song.
Algebra, look, I'm sorry about your X.. just move on.
This guy you like calls about an assignment and you string it out cause you don't want the conversation to end.
Shouldn't “following your dreams" involve sleeping later every day?
Rabbits jump: life span 8 years. Dogs run: 15 years. Turtles nothing: 150 years - Lesson learned.
Wondering what and if your crush thinks of you.
For security, you and your friends give your crushes code names like "scarecrow", "lion" and "tin man".
How can you be trusted to make life choices when you still use your fingers to count?
*on phone* "[edited name] is just sitting by his bike watching my house - again - should I tell my Mom?"
As I spend more time in my room, and the days pass, I think I'm beginning to understand how Rapunzel felt.

My Mom's friends, "you're so pretty, I bet you have tons of boys after you..".
Boys at school, "careful men”, *they move cautiously back* “I heard she's rabid"

That look on your face when your brother makes a "yo mama" joke at you.
Checking your phone - again - for the 2nd time, because you weren't paying attention the first time.

My cat tangles me and I fall “ugh”.
Mom from the other room: "What was that?"
Me: "my shirt fell".
Mom: "sounded heavier".
Me: *whispering* "Yeah, I was in it".

Yes, you can kill someone you don’t like with kindness.. but wow, a hammer would sure be faster.
Oh, Hi. *moving the phone to check the name* You're the guy that only talks to me when you piss off my friend.
Mom: “All you do is sit on that computer!” Me: *only thinks* “Mom, I'm clearly sitting on a chair.”
You KNOW what that something means but you’re NOT about to try and explain it to your Mom.
