"The Sage who has attained a certain height will find peace in all things that happen and the event which saddens him, as other men, tarries but an instant ere it goes to Strengthen his deep Perception of Life" -Maeterlinck

People are often saddened of how they do not get to live their lives as per their expectations; a checklist to be precise. I however go along with what life throws at me, then write them down in my list and then tick them off. Now that is life.

What fuels agony the most?
An anamnesis of destruction of love or a dithering desire to cross paths with you once again?
And, what saddens heart the most?
Is it the search for peace that was in fact a mirage or a rasping collision with the truth?

They call it the Lamentation of a drunk, I call it the intoxication of a saddened heart.
They call it words, I call it poetry

He rode his cancer to the last stop~
Sadden, as tads of gloom found his crop~
Still he skipped like toads to end on top~
The frogs inward taking their last hop~
With pails of treatment, prayer, and mop~
One last ditched effort came to a drop~
Pardon that dark day, upon raindrop~
As the frogs croaking couldnt be lop~

at the foot of the ladder, a monkey fell~ six stories of rungs and she rings his bell~ he sat picking daisies off his fallen spell~ hands cupping petals of air being his quell~ poor little monkey's a shaken as hell~ his eyes run circles around the pink pastel~ as shocked onlookers stand visual at his well~ in his cage, his cousin's saddened at their shell~at the foot of the ladder, a zoo's a cell~

Yes I wish there was more love in the world and that more people could benefit from it. When you look at countries in ruin at the behest of a power mad minority who feel they have a right to rule against the will of the people. It saddens. Surely goodness creates oases, brings life - not death.
