5/6/2010 6:14:49 PM Rebecca Lynn Posts: 1	okay. so im 18. im young. im in this relationship that is wacked out the mind . all my friends hate my girlfriend but i care for her a whole lot . we been together five months and it was great but sometimes she makes me feel dumb and unapprichated. its hard . i can't really have a good conversation with her cause of our age difference of 10 years. and we fight alot . needless to say im in a rut. and i haaaaaaaaaaaatttttttttteeeeeeeeeee it ! -- -SWEETS-

5/6/2010 8:24:37 PM cecil hickman Posts: 4	relationships are always hard in any shape or form,,your friends more than likely hate her somewhat because of her age to which is not great but I have found 18 to 20 year olds kind of don't like being around your girlfriends age group,,they seem to be envious or just cannot relate to the need and want differences,,but anyway don't relate your happiness to your friends make your self happy and fix whatever may be wrong between you two.,,if they are truly your friends they will be there....maybe drift away for awhile but will return,,,any relationship has give and take,,I have a rule within my life,,to get you must give and visa - versa anyway I hope you are always happy and love surrounds you forever,,,Blessings..Cecil

Any relationship should be respectful, kind or else that's not a good one. That relationship is TOXIC and you have to get out of it. Period. Cold turkey! We were together for 7 yrs, and while it was unconventional, I learnt a whole lot from it. I got all sorts of stick about the age difference, but we met intelectuallty somewhere in the middle, so much so that I didn't notice there WAS an age difference Don't listen to what other people tell you, only you know what's going on in YOUR relationship. If he or I had listened to our friends at the time, we would have missed a beautiful thing.

It's your life live it as happily as you want to. Just remember if your relationship is not going good, leave it no matter how bad it hurts because in the end your the one that's gonna be hurt and i don't want that for anyone. i am 15 and i have a boyfriend but i'm having trouble because i still have really strong feelings for a guy i dated in the past. its been almost three years and he has decided that now he wants to try again but im so confused and i need help..... -- ~when.life.is.full.of.happiness,just.let.it.shine~
